It can scan wherever the scanner light can be incident, and it only takes 10-30 minutes (including the pre-location point arrangement) to complete the workpiece mapping and scanning, with an accuracy as high as 0.02mm, which, in combination with manual mapping, can realize the accurate mapping of various complex parts. The 3D modeling formed can be used to obtain high-precision product models through later reverse engineering, and those models can be used in the process of product production and mold design, thus, to form a complete set of processes from mapping to manufacturing.
